I've got some good news and bad news, though not sure if it's considered bad news since it's not really news more like history so I guess it's bad history but whatever because now I'm rambling and I need to shut up.

Anyways, bad news/history/whatever first:

I've been dead on the whole writing front, as you all have probably noticed. It's unfortunate, and lasted much longer than I ever thought it would, but it happened. Part of this issue was that I lost the notebook that I had large amounts of all the stories I currently writing in it. Enough that had I typed up what was in there before I lost it there'd probably be 2 more chapters of Wildfires and Whirlwinds up and Just Ignore It would be a few pages from being complete.

Needless to say it set me back quite a bit when I lost it, and it's been hard trying to come back up with the stories again. I don't know why but rewriting from scratch what I've already written is pretty much impossible for me.

This happened quite some time back, and if you want proof of just how bad I am at rewriting stuff just check out the last chapter of Just Ignore It on AFF.net, lots of porn, no plot, and otherwise an extremely boring chapter that will be getting rewritten majorly when the next chapter goes up.

Now the good news:

My notebook has resurfaced! Not sure where exactly it disappeared to, but on my last visit home it was sitting on the table for me, apparently my mom found it sometime while cleaning up. Cue awkward moment where I tried to determine if she had read any of my handwritten gay porn or not, but I think I'm in the clear for no extra embarrassing family get togethers where it gets brought up in front of very dirty minded aunts and uncles (Oh, how I love my family).

But anyways, more on point, now that I have this lovely book o' porn and men back in my possession writing will start to commence again. I cannot promise anything soon but I can say I'm working on it, and nothing is dead. Not even Des/Alex, yep, that's right, our little psycho-virus thing and bartender/assassin-but-not-really have more story to go, it's only one more chapter but it should wrap things up nicely and not too gruesomely.
